San Martino
We are on top of a hill with a 360° panorama 1.5 Km from the village of Calvi dell'Umbria (TR), surrounded by vegetation and peace. Our facility is made up of four flats and provides accommodation for 2, 4 or 6 guests. All of them are equipped with kitchen, TV set and private garden with garden furniture. In the big garden of the farmhouse there is a playground, a swimming pool and a car park. Well-educated animals are welcome.
Services
Clean linen and flat cleaning once a week.
I sell products from my own kitchen garden according to the season.

Where we are
Colle San Martino 10 Calvi Dell Umbria (Terni)
Along the Rome-Milan motorway A1, exit Magliano Sabina.
Follow the road signs for Calvi dell'Umbria for approx. 10 Km.
At San Francesco, just before the village, turn right always following the road signs for San Martino.
Our farmhouse is the ochre yellow one on the left.
Prices
Flat “Il Cipresso”, providing accommodation for two guests: 60.00 Euros per night in off season and 70.00 Euros in peak season.
Flats “Il Leccio” and “Il Pino”, providing accommodation for four guests: 110.00 Euros per night in off season and 130.00 Euros in peak season.
Flat “Il Terrazzo”, providing accommodation for six guests: 140.00 Euros per night in off season and 150.00 Euros in peak season.
Prices are inclusive of all consumptions.
