This recently renovated resort consists of three comfortable and cozy accommodation units: two of them are studios provided with a total of five beds, while the third one a two-room flat consisting of a large living room and a double bedroom, provided with five beds in all. The buildings are located in an area among the beautiful hills of Orvieto dominated by vineyards and olive groves, which give life to the homonymous wine “Orvieto Classico” and the much appreciated Umbrian DOP oil (i.e. with Protected Denomination of Origin label).

The area is located in the Municipality of Orvieto (at a distance of about 10 km from the town centre), on the border between upper Lazio and the green region of Umbria, where you can breathe clean and cool air even during the burning summer sultriness.

You can easily reach the neighbouring destinations of Bagnoregio (approx. 10 km away), Montefiascone, Lake Bolsena (approx. 23 km away) and up to the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea (approx. 70 km away), along the beaches of Tarquinia and Montalto di Castro. Other history and art rich locations are located at just few kilometres’ drive, e.g.: Todi, (30 km), Perugia (70 km) or Assisi (85 km).
Moreover, in this part of Umbria you can visit important Etruscan sites.
