VALLE VERDE is situated 7 km away from Gubbio, one of the best kept medieval cities, whose origins date back to distant times, in an enchanting Umbrian sub-Apennine valley (700 m above sea level), in the middle of a 200 hectares Organic Farm.
The farm is crossed by trekking, mountain bike routes ( 38 km – 51 km – 73 km - 81 km circuits) and paths for long walks in the charming woods populated by game, truffles and mushrooms. Launching areas for hang gliders and paragliders are very close to Mount Cucco and Mount Calvo. An ideal position to discover Umbria and Tuscany going along paths of history, art, nature and spirituality. Going from Gubbio to Valle Verde, you will pass by Gola del Bottaccione (Gorge of Bottaccione), a geological site of worldwide interest, which has allowed scientists to go back to astronomical, weather and paleontological events dating back to 65 million years ago. Hospitality is personally seen to by the owners in elegant apartments (three-roomed flats with two bathrooms), furnished with stylish furniture, fitted with every comfort, independent entrance, private garden, swimming pool with completely furnished solarium and games for children, the ideal place to relax. By car
• Motorway A14 (Autostrada Adriatica):
- exit at Cesena (160 km from Gubbio) and head for Perugia (E45) as far as the exit for Gubbio;
- exit at Fano (76 km from Gubbio); take the Flaminia expressway (s.s. Flaminia) in direction of Rome as far as the turn-off for Gubbio at Pontericcioli.
For those coming from Liguria and Tuscany
• Motorway A1 (Autostrada del Sole):- exit at Arezzo (96 km from Gubbio) and head for Città di Castello, Umbertide (E45) as far as the exit for Gubbio (25 km).

• Motorway A1 (Autostrada del Sole):
-exit at Orte (120 km from Gubbio) and take the E45 in direction of Perugia–Cesena as far as the exit for Gubbio (30 km).
• Motorway A14 (Autostrada Adriatica):
- exit at Ancona North (90 km from Gubbio) and head for Jesi, Fabriano and Gubbio.
How to reach from Gubbio to Valle Verde
Take the SS 298 road from Gubbio to Scheggia, turn right at Madonna della Cima pass and go straight on for 2 Km.
