RESTORATION
You will be surprised by our cuisine and the wholesomeness of products, which mainly come from our cultivations. Tradition and typicality, together with the simplicity of the regional country culture, will leave you with an unforgettable pleasant memory.
Dishes are prepared as you wait, according to the typical local traditions and using electively products of our farm and orchard as well as all the surrounding farms’ ones.
The traditional Umbrian bread has no salt because of the very old unjust taxes which weighed on salt at the time of papal rule.
International buffet breakfast is served, enriched with local products such as ricotta cheese, cold meats and salami and pork-butcher’s, homemade cheeses, fresh goat’s milk, cakes and fragrant biscuits just taken out of the oven or made the previous evening.

Small and medium sized pets are welcome at an extra minimum charge towards extra cleaning, provided they are docile and wearing a muzzle.
