We are at the border between Umbria and Tuscany, on the hills of Trasimeno lake. We have 4 apartments, which can accommodate up to 14 people.

Our restoration service includes half board and full board. We provide for linen and homemade products. Pets are welcome.

The rates for the year 2008 are the following:
Full board (including drinks) from 55 to 70 Euro
Half board (including drinks) from 50 to 60 Euro
Night stay from 25 to 30 Euro
Cot for children 10 Euro a day
60% discount for children up to 6 years old
40% discount for children from 7 to 10 years old
