La Casa Colonica
La Casa Colonica farm holiday centre is situated 2 km away from the lake and 8 km from the border with Tuscany. It consists of 8 apartments which can accommodate from 2 to 6 people and a detached small villa with a private garden. The apartments can host up to 8 people, whilst the whole structure is also ideal for groups up to 40 people with a common hall and very large and beautiful kitchen.
Services
Our farm offers a wide range of wines and extra virgin olive oils and it has its own mill, products are organic and of excellent quality.
Pets are welcome, we have pony horses, goats and a donkey in a special fence, outdoor large swimming pool and baby pool, large park with trees, playground and bicycles fitted with a child’s seat.
Half board starting from 15 people, upon request.
We also have arrangements with a restaurant at fixed and convenient prices, good food, or discounts on the menu.
